Delivery
Delivery service provider: La Poste Colissimo, UPS, Mondial Relay or Chronopost

You have the choice between 3 delivery methods:

• To your home or any other address of your choice in metropolitan France (Colissimo or UPS)
• At a relay point (Mondial Relay or Chronopost)
• In our 2 stores located in Paris:
• Our Magenta Chaussures store located at 158 ​​Boulevard Magenta, 75010, Paris, France.

Prices are calculated automatically based on your basket. You can estimate your delivery costs directly from your basket before purchasing.

*Relay point delivery is free for any order over €100 with a delivery price of less than €5.

*Free delivery is only valid for orders delivered to Metropolitan France.

Delivery times

Once your order has been placed, a period of 24 hours is required to prepare the order.
Home delivery is made within 24 to 48 hours (working days) for France and within 3 to 4 days for delivery to a relay point.

Your order is processed as soon as it is validated, from Tuesday to Saturday. Thus, orders placed on Saturday afternoon, Sunday and Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday.
