Return Policy
You have 30 days to request the return of an item.
For a product to be considered eligible for return, it must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, with no signs of use. The shoe box must not show any signs of wear (tape or label) and must not act as a container. In the event of damage, a refund penalty may be charged.

- Only returns with a refund request are accepted.

European Union / non-EU countries
- Only returns with a refund request are accepted, return costs will be charged.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval of your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refund
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
